April 15th falls on a weekend this year, so this year you have until the 18th. Need more time? No matter the reason, you can file for an extension and get six more months to complete them by filling out Form 4868.
Keep in mind this extension applies to filing your return but you still need to estimate and pay your taxes by April 18th.
